Home for the Holidays: Kennedy’s First Christmas • Southern Chick Journal

Christmas is always a magical time, especially when you get to enjoy it with a baby for the first time! We drove up to my hometown in Georgia to celebrate Christmas with my family this year. It was my daughter Kennedy’s first Christmas. Don’t get me wrong, the 8 hour drive with a baby and a bullmastiff dog (we are crazy, I know!) was challenging, but I’m thankful we did it. Kennedy got to spend time at the farm, my favorite place in the world, meet her cousins for the first time, and stay in the house I grew up in. It was neat to share Christmas with my little girl. My mother and aunt always decorate their houses so beautifully for the Holidays. Enjoy the photos!
