Ready, Set, Go! Hospital Bag Checklist ✔️

As my due date approaches, it’s time to pack in my hospital bag so we can grab and go! Even though our house is a 5 minute walk to the hospital (we are so lucky to live so close!), I still want to have a bag so I won’t have my husband running back and forth for my chapstick and robe!

Here’s a list of what I packed and what my hospital suggests packing.

FOR MOM:

1. Toothbrush and toothpaste
2. Shampoo and conditioner
3. Nursing pads
4. Hairbrush
5. Lip Balm
6. Hair ties
7. Makeup remover pads
8. Robe
9. Slip-on shoes and slippers
10. Labor gown and pajamas
11. Going home outfit
12. Phone
13. Phone charger
14. Birth plan and insurance cards
15. Nursing pillow
16. Blanket and pillow for partner/support person

Extra items I’m packing: Hospital gown, shabby chic flower pillowcases, socks with grippies on the sole, makeup remover pads, setting/refresher face spray, magazines

FOR BABY:

1. Baby blanket
2. Onesies (3 long sleeve and 2 short sleeve–just in case)
3. Going home outfit
4. Mittens
5. Hat (3 different colors to match onesies)
