Georgia Baby Shower: A Southern Celebration • Southern Chick Journal

My sisters, along with my mother and aunt, hosted a wonderful Georgia baby shower celebration for Kennedy in my hometown of Cornelia, Georgia. It was a perfectly southern gathering, complete with a sweet dessert table, mimosas, fresh flowers, onesie garlands, and a house filled with family and friends sending love to sweet baby on the way. My mom hosted the shower at her house, which is the house I grew up in. It is the perfect setting for a baby shower. Thank you to my family for putting together this special party! (Special thanks to my brother Paul for taking the pictures)

My sweet friends in New Orleans are hosting a baby shower in May. I can’t wait to celebrate with friends and family then too!

Absolutely beautiful shower and glowing people. Celebrating a new baby on the way is the best! Love the different onesies 💕 I have grandbaby #5 coming in early September and we will learn the gender in a couple weeks. Will be 5 under 5 years and so much fun 😍

Such a sweet baby shower! I am French and we don’t do it in France but I have been invited to several since I moved to the USA and I love it! It is such a special moment for the mom to be! I love all your pictures and your mom has a beautiful house!

Thank you so much! My mom and aunt love France and I’ll have to tell them there are no any showers there. They just got back from Paris and that will be a neat little tidbit to share with them!
